Dry hacking cough, Plugged ears ringing in them?

My friend has a dry hacking cough ears plugged up hears ringing in them went to doctor had chest x ray blood test couldnt find anything wrong suggested claritan didnt work. Nothings changed.

Your friend needs to get a second opinion.  Sometimes one doctor will miss something, and the second will find it.

Your friend needs to go to another doctor, or to the same one again. His symptoms could be nothing, but then again, they could be serious. Perhaps he needs to go to an ENT, who specializes in ears, nose and throat. If the allergy medicine didn't work, he must find something that does. Good luck on convincing him to see a doctor again.
