Dry hair extensions after 2 days - help!?

I saved up for 3 months to buy some proper individual hair extensions because my hair is really thin and limp and on Monday I had them done and already then have gone completely dry! I was told they are proper extensions in good quality but they look like hair that you can buy off the market for a fraction of the price I paid! I've conditioned them LOADS! Put loads of nourishing moistursing cream in while I sleep but still it looks like straw. I rang the hairdressers earlier and tomorrow I have to go in for a free treatment (shampoo and everything) and they're going to see what is wrong. But I don't think they're magically going to get it back to silky soft hair. If it doesn't turn out right what should I do? Could I ask for my money back? Or because I have already paid for the hair used and the cost of putting them in can I not have a refund? I feel really cheated. Please help! =[

  1. same thing happened to me.  The texture of the extension hair before it was swen in and after changed quite a bit.  Mine were blonde and no matter how much conditioner I used they still looked stringy and straw like.  I have no answers other then to just deal with it.

    Good luck though
