Dry lips....help also white?

hi when am kissing then later when i look at my lips they look dry and once or twice i have noticed white thing on the bottom of my lips... its not dry... am not sure what it is .. help i hate this.

get an exfoliant, like st.ives apricot scrub, then a lip balm. That should help remone the built up dead skin, which no matter how much lip balm u put on it, it wont go away. so you need to lightly scrub it away, then appy the lip balm regularly. This should fix the problem

Try some chapstick , medicated, or some carmex.

First of all, you probably are dehydrated and need to drink more water.  Take an old toothbrush, wet it and brush your lips.  Then apply a really good balm.  I like Burt's Bees or Chapstick Naturals Lip Butter.
