Dry skin and rough patches?

Question

Ok well i always have dry skin and in this case iv had theses for about 6 days. 3 days ago i started my period as normal and started using tampons again but then i totally forgot about my dry skin and though it was the TSS rash which i have no clue if this bikini line dry skin counts as it.

I have headaches which is normal with medication im on also pain in body is normal due to my neck pain

when i touch my bikini line dry skin peels right off should i just let it run it course like normal

or should i get it checked out again i onced had the same place and same rash checked out by my doctor is 2006

NO FEVER

WHEN I TOUCH THE RASH IT DOESN'T TURN WHITE AND THEN RED AGAIN.

SOME LIGHTHEADNESS FROM LOOKING AT THE COMPUTER SCREEN

HEADACHE NORMAL THOUGH

NO CHILLS

WHEN STANDING FINE (THAT MEANS WHEN AWAY FROM COMPUTER SCREEN)

can you make youself feel the symtoms??

when i touch the dry patchy skin areas, which is only my face, my bikini line (plus part of leg) neck (cracked skin), chest red and cracked skin, also under arms just really dry not really red but the bikini line is i shave it alot could that cause the redness??

or maybe just exzema, go to a dermentologist.
