Dry skin on face... help?

I get really bad dry skin. and it actually kind of looks like acne. Its like spots that same way and same size acne is only its dry skin and it just randomly comes up like a zit would. And then it bleeds and leaves marks. And hurts. A LOT. Any ideas on how to keep this under control, or prevent it from happening too often? Or a moisturizer that is good for combination skin?

any decent (neutrogena, clean & clear, etc.) oil-free moisturizer is good for combination skin. try some moisturizing soap or body wash too.

try to drink alot of water

and use some cosmatics for dry skin

Try applying pure honey to your face, it will certainly help. Honey not only heals but is also a humectant.

hey  april...drink alot of water...scrub your face wchich has moisturiser in it...then b4 scrubing first cleanse ur face with a good cleanser..and scrub then apply a tonner on ur face then apply a winter moisturising cream..do facial one or twice in a week..and touch ur face by your hand and simpply forget abt scratching...the marks may be permanent which r ugly...
