Drying my breastmilk???

I have been exclusively pumping for 9months now. And my goal is to pump until my son's 1st bday. He will be 1yrs old on Sept 15th. What is the best way to make the milk dry without taking any pills?

Just quit pumping and it will dry up. It will not be pleasant, but you must handle it.

I would slowly reduce your pumping or your will gorge a lot more than you want. EIther way if you stop pumping and feeding it will dry up on it's own in time.

I nursed my daughter for 9 months and I also had to dry up my milk with my new baby since I decided not to nurse. It will be a little painful. I used a good fitting sports bra and bought kids cold packs to stuff inside. You can also use cabbage to put on your nipples. I know that sounds weird but it works.
