Ds-156 form?

i have just filled one out, but what do i do with it now? did it automatically get sent to the embassy? do i print it and take it to my interveiw when i make an appointment?

It was not automatically transmitted to your embassy.  Print it out, take it to your appointment and good luck!

Print it out and take it with you to your interview at the U.S. Embassy along with Forms DS-157 (if applicable) and DS-158.

You need to take with you.

Take the print out of Ds-156, DS157 and take it with you.
