Dual smoothie question?

1. how would you make one of the following berry smoothies. a sower but sweet one, one that was extremely berry flavored.

I ask because I have a lot of cartons of milk. wich brings us to our number two question.

2. the blocks of milk are to big for the blender to blend them. what do I do about this problem.

  1. Here's a recipe for a Berri-Good Smoothie:

    Ingredients:

    1½ cups (375mL) boiling water

    6 Bigelow® Berri-Good Juice Tea Bags

    1 cup (250mL) frozen blueberries, raspberries or

    strawberries

    ¾ cup (180mL) cup plain yogurt

    1 tablespoon (15mL) honey

    Yield: Serves 2 - Prep Time: 7 minutes Cook Time: N/A

    Instructions:

    Boil water and pour over Bigelow® Berri-Good Juice Tea tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and reserve 1 cup (250mL) tea. Chill.

    In a blender, combine tea, frozen berries, yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth.
