Dualit 4-slice toaster (84US) warms only slightly

Question

My Dualit 4-slice toaster (84US, 40418) will warm only slightly on the two left slots when in the 2-slot mode, but not at all on the two right slots when in the 4-slot mode. Additionally, the orange light above the timer no longer lights to show the toaster is heating. The timer works fine. Is the problem likley a need to replace all the elements? Bob
