Dubai Rent: what is the price for a nicely furnished 1BR Apt. in Marina, JBR, JLT, or the Palm?

Hi, I am moving to Dubai and am trying to figure the fair price for a really nicely furnished large 1BR apt at on of those locations: Marina, Palm, JBR, or JLT?

Plan on spending about 120,000 AED.  The Palm will be a bit more though.  These are great locations and you won't be disappointed.
