  1. 1. If you are not able to obtain a NOC, your visa can not be transferred.

    2. When your visa gets cancelled, you will receive a 6 months ban automatically.

    3. First you have to pay Dhs 500 for every month missing on a year. These fees are called the "not completing the one year fees".

    4. Your company may seek compensation

    5. A one year ban may be imposed because not fulfilling a limited contract is considered breaching the Law.

In case your employer refuses the NoC and no amicable solution can be found, you can contact MoL on the 'Open Day' on Mondays to submit your queries. You also can call MoL toll free under 800665.

The Ministry of Labour usually asks the sponsor about an NOC letter regardless as to how long the employee has worked for the company.

    Take care.
