As far as I was aware the Dubai World Trade Center are offices.  

Indoor Skiing - its about 20 pounds but for that you get 2 hours plus all your ski gear but take your own socks.

Never heard of International Mall.

Ski Dubai is in the mall of the emerates. It's a blast, I went about a year and a half ago. The full day slope pass, including board rental and snow clothes is roughly $82.00usd. The website lists everything in local currencey. You can look there and then go to a handy dandy currency exchange calculator to see how much it is.
