  1. Dublin!

  2. Dublin, Belfast is like going to a Church.

    Dublin is free.

  3. Dublin costs a bomb bai!!!

and they try on the Dub charm, to charn ye outta ur money.

come to Belfast much cheaper..and much more places to c.

But its up to you both places rock man:)

  4. I never been to either but I heard both were really fun. I only know one person who to Dublin and they loved it...

Do both if you can...Do some research and see what offers more of what you are looking for.

  5. dublin has more to offer

  6. Neither. Belfast is in Northern Ireland and part of Britain, and Dublin, while the capital of the Irish Republic, is the most English of all cities in Ireland.

Go to Limerick, Galway, Cork, Kilkenny or Waterford instead.

  7. belfast!!! definatly!!

  8. Dublin,,,,, its just amazing, so much to do, a lot of fun and lovely people, what more could you want..

  9. if it were 10 years ago i would have said dublin definately. since then i think it has become a city that could be basically anywhere in the world. hardly anyone in dublin is irish now.  the city centre does have alot of shops etc and its good for temple bar for pubs but the prices of things are ridiculous.

Its a verrrry big city and basically i go there alot but only to stay at a hostel and get drunk with my friends, but I make sure im basically drunk on beer ive bought before hand cuz drink is soo expensive in dublin and so is much of everything else!

Belfast on the other hand 10 years ago i would have said no way! but now its turning into a really nice place. Its smaller and you can easily walk from a really cool student area (botanic) where bands play, comedy nights go on etc into the middle of town with the new victoria shopping centre which is actually really cool and then on out past bars and the docks to the odyssey which is a big complex of a cinema bowling restaurants and good clubs.

Theres the 'belfast eye' aswell which is pretty cool.

Ask anyone in town where a certain thing is, im nearly 100% sure they will know where to direct you to what kinda thing ya want. unlike in dublin where i ask where things are and either the person i ask doesnt speak english or theyve never heard of it. (cuz its so big yano?)

I do love both but i just think in my experience, belfast has alot to offer in a easier to visit, more compact place than dublin. To be honest dublin confuses me.

    Just my personal opinion!!

    have fun anyway.

    cyaaaaa

    Good Luck. = )

  15. I would say good to Dublin....It is more set up for travelers and is one of the top cities on the rise in Europe...there are ton of fun pubs that range from college-esque  bars to your sports bar to your olde-style wooden pub. You can find high fashion clubs with gold imported from Africa that lines the walls to your hole in the wall pub where the back corner of the room smells like urine and the toilets in the bathroom are overflowing with puke. Dublin is also one of the most diverse cities in Europe and you can find cuisine from all over the planet. You can see rugby and futbol games at Trinity College or go to the Guinness storehouse and have a blast there. There are tons of cool hostels to stay in for cheap and they are really nice . Check out the brewery hostel its great!

  16. Why not see both as they are just a short bus or train ride away from each other? It's a relatively compact country. In summer Dublin is very crowded, so I would say Belfast, great town.

  17. DUBLIN!! best city ever
