Dubrovnic, Croatia Family ancestry help?

My great grandfather, on my fathers side left Dubrovnic, Croatia in 1898 and went to Chicago with his wife and 4 children. I'm looking for information on the family name or origins in Dubrovnic. The last name was spelled RADOJE. His first name was Nicolas. Please help
