Duck has bald spots?

my baby duck is about a month old and she still has her baby feathers. she has a bald spot on the side of her face and neck. but the spot on her neck looks like it's growing new feathers and the other is just bald. help?

My pekins have this too.  It's where their baby feathers have fallen out and new ones will be growing in.  They always look so funny during that stage!  The new ones should be growing in soon.
