Dude: where's my car?

Fellow traveller from New Jersey just had his car seized by the Canadian Police. He was clocked driving his Audi A6 outside of Toronto at a 100 miles an hour in a 60 mph zone and they nicked his car under their street racing laws. Under this law they won't release his car back to him for at least a week. Do you think that is fair?

40 over the limit?  Glad my kids weren't around. Almost fair, should have been arrested.
