  1. Just subtract 2 weeks from your LMP (If you have a 28 day cycle)  If your cycle is  longer, just add a day for each extra day.

For Instance, right now I am 8 weeks 0 days pregnant.  According to my LMP, I am 8 weeks 3 days pregnant.  I have 31 day cycles (And I also know when I ovulated) so I added 3 days.  If I was going by my conception date, I would be 6 weeks pregnant.

  2. If you know the exact date you ovulated yes but if you don't know that (by monitoring or having a fertility specialist watch for you) then no there is no way to know 100% for sure what day conception occurred. That is why they go by LMP and adjust if needed according to ultrasounds.

  3. if you know your conception date, go back 2 weeks, and that is your LMP date. Due date will be 40 weeks after LMP or 38 weeks after conception date
