  1. first offense its ok! plea guilty...need to attend an AA maybe an anger management!  all is forgiven and pay ur fine!

  2. Let's see. Likely suspended, maybe for a year or two. (Public transportation is Green.) Maybe get to puff in the ignition interlock to start your car. (You'll pay the monthly bill for the machine.) Probation for while. (You'll pay for that, too, and when your probation officer says "Frog!", you'll jump.) DWI classes. (You'll pay for those, too.) Of course there's the fine and court cost, but you can pay those out during probation, along with all the other costs and fees. You next one, you'll do some time, mandatory in some states. Of course, if you mean Intoxication Assault, as in a DUI accident with injury, maybe some jail this time, along with all the rest. And your insurance company will be thrilled. And your new insurance company will be interested and will commemorate your folly with a fat premium. At least you can ignore those "Drive the Bid Rigs!" truck driving school ads, now.

    Happy Hour, indeed.

  3. DUI, no biggie. A fine along with telling the judge you will go to a few AA meetings. The assault worries me. If you assaulted the arresting officer(which is frowned upon) you may have to hire an attorney. If it is just simple assault, say punching out the other driver at the DUI crash scene, this is not big deal and usually expected in such a situation. Good luck.

  4. Well that ALL depends on what state and County it happend.  In my County you would firat go to jail have to bond out and then go to court, our system then would have you take these dui classes and i believe your license WILL be suspended.  Like I said it ALL depends and then u might make out better if u have an attorney...They are really crackin down on DUI offenses.
