  1. he will prolly have a large fine an may have to do some jail time

  2. Hopefully they lock him up long enough for him to dry out.

He needs an intervention, rehab, because obviously he has a serious problem.

I do not want him out on the streets with my loved ones on the road.

  3. Hopefully he will do some time and have to pay a fine and will probably have his license taken away for a while and maybe learn his lesson.

  4. 4 SURE LOSEING HIS LINCES

2 IN ONE MONTH  4 SURE

  5. Most likely jail. If he is serious about his problems and to show the court he is serious he had better check himself into a residential treatment program NOW. The court may consider this as trying to make himself better.

  6. Illinois? Bad luck, bad luck. They have the toughest sentencing laws for the third DUI in the USA - seven to ten years. Served in state pen.

Listen, your Dad needs to beat these charges on a technicality or he's up the creek without a paddle, son.

    Who's his attorney?

  7. I would hope a hefty fine, jail time, and the loss of his license forever.  He should not be on the road with that kind of behavior going on.
