Dull practically dead looking hair!!!?

my hair is medium to dark brown and its lifeless! its really dull and i tried all my hair products in my house (my mom and my sister have a bunch too) and i want it to be shiny!! plz help!! thx! :) p.s. and im real new to this so when i find out how to i will give the ppl with the best answers 10 points :)

if you want more volume, blow dry your hair upside downn. :)

and idk about shiny hair lol.

First of all...I would start with a clarifying shampoo. This will remove any build-up from your hair. Usually dull, lifeless hair is the result of too much product and poor hair hygiene. Try this shampoo first and make sure you condition well also.

try a rootlifter for volume... (amplify, is a good one)

and for shininess try biosilk... but just a little!

For shiny hair, my hairdresser recommends a once-a-week moisturizing hair mask. Mix equal parts egg and olive oil, and brush onto your hair. Leave on for at least half an hour, an hour if you have time. You can even put a towel over your shower cap to keep some heat in. For every day use, you can use Rusk Smooth Down serum. It tames frizzies and adds shine without looking greasy. Good luck!
