Dumb Q, but could someone help me download pics/vids from an email or phone to differ. web accts.?

I need to upload my pics & vid clips to myspace & reunion from my phone &/or email. Please help, having a dumb blonde moment?

save first those pics in your computer.say,save it in a folder,in documents,in your drive C,for example.if the photos are from your phone,you must have a USB that connects your cellphone and computer,and make sure that your pc will recognize your cellphone (so the CD installer along with the cellphone when you bought it must be installed in your computer).or when your computer and cellphone are both bluetooth capable,you can transfer pics via bluetooh.then when you open your different web accounts,(myspace) just hit the upload button,you'll know where to find those pictures that you saved in your computer. =)
