Dumb Question, but please answer!?

I know this is a really dumb question, but what could you spend 28 dollars on? My cousin wants to know.

That depends on whether there is a need or a want to spend the $28...There are lots of things to buy for less than $28. Pair of pants, blouse/shirt, shoes. Put it towards a bill. or have some dinner.

If it's just money to blow - then take a friend to the movies (if you go to a matinee you can spring for food too).

Otherwise, it sounds like your cousin doesn't really need/want anything in particular, so why not put it in savings?
