Dumped some bad habits and now looking to get on the right track...plz hellp me?

ive recently stopped smoking cigerettes and marijuana. ive realized that they are 2 money wasting pointless things in my life. now i want to get on the right track to being healthy. i cant run without being out of breath quickly. what are some good cardio exercises that will burn calories and are not too drastic. also do you think by me quiting smoking i will be able to lose weight more affectively?

  1. walk briskly, you don't need to start out running. Riding a bike is good exercise too.
