is it normal that some guys, by the pants they wear, its quite obvious to see their parts....no its not erection at all....just that some times the material of the pants makes it obvious?

Yeah and styles change.  Ten years ago jeans were quite tight and showed men's stuff.  Even  the T V commercials for jeans showed a big bulge specially on SNL shows.  Nowadays jeans are sold as 'loose' and pretty well hide the 'package'

Carry a book or a bag and use them to cover "it" when it shows.

Yea it's normal. Some dudes just have a bigg package that makes u able 2 c it easier thru their pants.
