The inclusion of Fletcher in to the NZC was announced by Roger Mortimer, the NZC high performance manager. Mortimer also hailed Fletcher’s expertise as team consultant saying: "Duncan is a highly regarded coach and we are looking
forward to having someone with his cricketing knowledge engage with the team."

the performance manager of the team, it is part of his job to work with the team coaches and provide the best development environment to the team.
Besides coaching the England team, Fletcher has also worked with Cricket http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Hampshire-c789 County Cricket Club in temporary roles. It was under his coaching that the England team regained the Ashes Urn in 2005 after a
gap of almost 20 years. Besides clinching the Ashes title, the side also climbed to the No. 3 spot on the ICC Test Rankings Table.

of club’s coaching procedures.
Fletcher, who led the Zimbabwe side during 1983 ICC World Cup, will join the Black Caps in Jaipur, where the second One Day International between the two outfits kick-starts on 30th of November. The former Zimbabwe pacer

The New Zealand team, under Daniel Vettori’s leadership, is going through a tough time. The experienced New Zealand side lost the first ODI against a second string Indian team yesterday in Guwahati after recently facing a 4-0 hammering
at the hands of Bengali Tigers. They also lost the three-match Test series, played prior to the ongoing one-dayers, by 1-0.
