Dunlop Bass Wah vs. a regular wah??

I was wondering if there's any difference between the Dunlop Bass wah and a regular guitar wah i.e. the Ibanez Weeping Demon. I've read reviews and a lot of people say it sucks but is there too much difference between a bass wah and a guitar wah??

Because bass has a lower frequency range then the guitar the bass wah circuitry is designed to sweep over the bass frequency range and ultimitely be more effective then using a guitar wah on a bass and vice versa.
