I lost my Chelsea season ticket and I think it is stolen; I would like to know that how much do I have to pay for a duplicate season ticket and where to collect that ticket?

     You will need to contact the call centre to report your card lost/stolen and there will be a charge of £25. Your Season Ticket can only be collected at the box office and will not be sent out in the post. Only the Season Ticket holder can collect the replacement Season Ticket with the relevant proof of identification
