  1. speedometers have to be "calibrated" to each boat. the dealer should be able to help you out.

  2. Some-times people have the wrong speedo pick-up mounted on the transom, make sure it's matched up for the gauge.

We use to run two compete sets of gauges but now you check your gauges with a hand held G.P.S.

Also make sure the hose is not kinked.

Alternatively you could get a fish-finder that has water temp and speedo on it with a paddle-wheel mounted on the transducer.

    Hope this helps.

  3. My question to you is how do you know that your speedometer is 10-15 mph off? Is it reading 15 mph?

The boat described should run about 30-35 mph.

Replace the tube if that doesn't work, spend that 50-75 bucks and replace the whole thing
