I have an RB-22J1A Durabrand wine cooler. After a power surge, it quit cooling. I disassembled it and discovered it was cooled by a die-electric device. After checking the board with my VOM, I found the board put out the required 12 volts. Although the die electric coil reads continuity on my meter, it does not develop any temperature differential upon energizing. I probable need a new die electric device, but am having trouble finding this part. Can you help??
