Durham won their three-day match against Australia A on Friday, August 03, by 19 runs after restricting the opposition on a total of 204, at Riverside Ground, Chester-le-Street.
On forging a total of 185 in their second innings, the hosts gave the visitors a target of 224 runs to win the match.
Ending the second day on a tally of 56, Australia A resumed their run chase on the final day with LM Davis and EJM Cowan.

The English bowler finished with stats of eight for 63 runs in 23 overs. From Australia wicketkeeper/batsman TD Paine stayed unbeaten on 26 with Davis as their best batsman in the second innings.
