  1. I would say he was pretty much slapped.

  2. I think it was an equal mix of both.

  3. I think you'd better check your spelling.

  4. no i think she wanted to pump up the republican convention and she did a great job.

maybe republicans wouldn't poke jokes at dems if it wasn't so easy.

i can guarantee if a dem rep would make fun of a republican candidate, we wouldn't fill up Y!A asking if we b**** slapped.

    grow up.

  5. She's an "All-American" Wife & Mom...!!

  6. She SINGLE HANDEDLY ripped Obama's record and experience to shreds!!

Palin was wonderful and doesn’t need a “styrofoam column” background or football stadium to rally support and media attention. There was more coverage of Palin’s speech within the hour after she delivered it than Obama has gotten in over a WEEK!

    It’s OVER for the Dems:

“I guess a small town mayor is sort of like a ‘community organizer’ except that you have actual RESPONSIBILITIES!”

    McCain/Palin '08 here we come!

  7. I liked the comment about a mayor is like an organizer, only with responsibilities. She is the first real person that has run for office in a long time. Love her.

  8. All Governor Palin did was pull back the curtain and show us what Obama really is.  It is pretty sad that it took a gal from Alaska to do what so many other politicians from both parties were too timid to do.

Just what we need.  A Community Organizer-in-Chief.

  9. I'm just glad that that pit bull b**** gave everybody permission to really kick her a$$. She even had the gall to p**s off the press. Whoohoo, it's gonna be feedin' time at the OK Corral. We're going to find out if her "experience" of living next to Russia is going to get her out of it. I can't wait.

  10. Yes, I think he is missing a pair (if he ever had any()?

Obama and Biden look like they are going to have a race on their

hands..two months of hard campaigning and it won't be a landslide for

    anyone...methinks

  11. she biyatch slapped the h**l out of Obama, that's for sure!  She's tough, and I fell in love with her last night.

  12. That's all the Republicans know to do, attack other people. No substance, no solutions, just fear mongering and mud wrestling. Go Obama, go Democrats

  13. She was awesome and the dems can't stand it.  Just keep reading their answers here.

    Cracks me up!  Go Sarah

  14. I find it funny that the Dems and their media hounds think Palin was talking down to them. From day one of the 0bama experiment, 0bama has talked down, around and through anyone he wanted without needing even so much as an apology.

How can a man think a whole section of a country is "bitter"? How can he get away with his "spiritual advisers"? He gives a good speech but what has he done? What makes him better than Biden? What deal does HIS media have with him? He was friends with Ayres and Rezco not Palin.

I personally feel as a democrat less than 4 months ago that this Democratic party has fallen out of touch with reality....the house and senate approval polls prove this and Palin kicked them square in the nuts.

  15. Palin  sound as if one of you republican on ya wrote the speech for her it didn't have anything of substance like what to do about this country economy . Palin was talking about  what we see here on yahoo every day and that is smear with a little sarcasm where she might have  got the conservative base excited she didn't move any independent nor hillary Democrats to vote for McCain. it was a lame speech .

    OBAMA/BIDEN 2008

  16. Joe Lieberman is a joke, no one gives a c**p about him.

And I think it would be fair to allow the Obama campaign to put the Governor in her place.

  17. Obama is a gentleman so he won't hit her back, but MICHELLE OBAMA would beat the h**l out of Palin!

  18. She came across as an inexperience script reading Appalachian.

  19. Yes.  He was Bi+ch slapped with a pack of lies.  As put by Ron Reagan, Jr., Palin's speech was a powerful, well-delivered catalogue of lies.  I call it the Speech to Nowhere.  And I do hate that non-African-Americans don't get the reference of "community organizer" to be the another term for "*****".  It sickens me.

When are people going to talk about the issues truthfully?

What makes people think that drilling in protected lands will benefit the US?  We don't have a state-sponsored oil system (like Saudi Arabia), what gets pumped out of the land we give (for FREE) to the oil companies BELONGS to the oil companies, to sell on the global open market to the highest bidders.  They might not even pay income taxes to the US since many huge corporations are incorporated offshore.

In fact, what makes you think that they are even going to drill on that protected land if they got it in the first place?  The current situation benefits them so much, and they aren't exactly drilling on the millions of acres they already have.  LOL.  Even Osama Bin Laden forced the opium farmers in Afghanistan to stop producing in a very successful attempt to propel the price of opium up.

I'm really tired of people treating this like a Civics Debate and we're up in the bleachers with pom-poms.  People are dying because of well-delivered, carefully pervasive lies.  I don't get conservatives.  I really can't see siding with such policies because I fear having my taxes raised. How many TV sets do I need?  People are dying.  What the h**l is wrong with us?  Other coutries wish for a leader like Barack Obama who sees issues beyond the spectator sports--I just don't get us.

  20. Yes, pit bulls do have that way about them, dont they? Perhaps the Vienna Boys Choir could use a new member?

  21. A speech does not qualify someone to be president.

And the P in Palin and the J in Jackson are supposed to be capitalized.

  22. I'd been dying to see her speak, to me she wasn't exciting & got boring pretty quick , to much of the old rhetoric, no real substance and delivered it like someone reading a book, as opposed to the Hillary speech which was inspiring, passionate and stirred your emotions.

  23. The only thing I've ever seen Obama do is get b***h slapped!

  24. i think she really got them and pissed them off i think the dude the night before...joe...did the same thing...makes them mad when one of theirs turns...but i think they got what they deserved from her...it was a showing of ok wanna drag me and mine thru the mud..bud you arent so great yourself and here is why

  25. Thats all the GOP did last night was attack Obama--talk about beating a dead horse. How many times do we have to hear about him being a comunity organizer, and his lack of millitary experience?  Typical Republican strategy--sling mud about the same issues over and over.

  26. Palin's speech was excellent.

  27. Do you even know the difference between being  B**** slapped. Man slapped or Punk slapped?

  28. I'm not sure, was it a b*tch slap or a kick in the balls?

  29. omg she was awesome yesterday, not a chance for democrats to beat her!

  30. Most of her criticisms were typical political talk without much weight.  By morning the news networks will have picked the speech apart to the last detail; pointing out all the strengths and weaknesses.
