Question:

During Puberty, is it possible to stop growing for a while and start growing again?

I'm 14, and I started puberty when i was 11 or 12. During the those 2 to 3 years, i grew a lot. however, i didnt notice any growth (well rlly rlly little growth) for about 6 months. Is it really likely i'll start growing again?

  1. yes, those are called growth spurts. you'll stop and then you'll start up again. sometimes you might even feel some growing pains.

    I usually felt my growing pains where the leg meets the hip. right there in that joint.


  2. Yes & it's normal.

    It's called "growth spurts" & we all went through it.

    Remember that U'll keep on growing ti'll U're about 21 or so.

    So just be patient & 1 day, BOOM !!!   U'll be growing like a bad weed, lol.

    We all sprout at our own different speed, is all.
