During Ramadan, are fasters prevented from doing some types of work or activities?

As during this month people fast during sunlight hours, I guess they would feel light-headed, maybe sick or just unwell. Are they prevented from doing some types of work, such as operating heavy equipment, bus driving, flying, etc? Due to the increased risk of accidents.

Well they all do as they like at anytime, because It makes me wonder if the cause of their beliefs, prevents them from working at all., as I never see them doing much, only trail in and out of their Mosques.That  is what they do in their own Country, if you watch them on TV. I often wonder how they manage to live, but I nearly forgot... its us that have always worked who provide them with our coffers. Great is it not....?

  4. Nah, they eat a big breakfast and then have a big dinner when the sun goes down, its hardly a fast, more like skipping lunch.

    Anyways in ramadan muslims Eat in the morning (sehri Time) whiich in england this year is around 4.00 AM to 4.45 AM Then they continue with there day as usaul... until aroun 8PM this is the time in which they can start eating  again (to the abouve guy... U try doing that pal most pmuslims in the UK work and i gurentee u wouldnt be able to do it if you tried)

    Someone told me that you do not hvae to keep a fast if it prevents u from doing your work..for E.G I dont think AMIR KAHN (brtiains number 1 boxer) will fast as he has a boxing match on 36th of september.

    You are not allowed to fast if you are ill or you become ill during your fast then you have to eat something.
