During Ramadan, when you're at work.....?

what do you do with your lunch break rather than eat lunch?

if you are an individual who wishes to improve on themselves by every means possible, you should look within yourself and ask what areas about you, you would like to improve.

improve your faith. improve your knowledge. if you are bad at maths then sit around and try to work out how you did long multiplication at school. then challenge yourself.

i use long multiplication as an example because thats what i was doing yesterday and time just flew!! i mean really big numbers. the satisfaction i got was immense!

some people might say its sad, but your all the more knowledgable and they may only say that because they themselves dont have the capacity to improve themselves. always better yourself no matter what people say. only you alone will go to the grave, no one else will be held responsible for your actions. therefore dont worry about anyone else and what they think when youre doing good.

2. Listen or read to Qur'an.

3. Read other articles or publications on Islam (the Fountain for example), listen to anasheed.

4. Meet with friends to talk.

I go at 1pm brush my teeth make wudhu pray thuhr and visit my niece who is inpatient at the hospital. Then I come back to my desk feeling a lot better and refreshed Alhamdullillaah.
