Less than 1/3 of all Wehrmacht Divisions were Panzer/Panzer Grenadier.  That would include Waffen SS as well.  As the war went on, new units were raised rather than completely fitting out old ones, so there were many "panzer divisions", most of whom were not much larger than regimental Kampgruppen.  This was due to Hitler's view that calling a unit a "division" would instill the same combat power as a full size unit.  Anyway here's the list

    1-27, Though 15th Panzer later became a Panzergrenadier division.

    116th, 155th  and 179th Reserve, 232nd and 233rd, 273rd

    Named:  Feldherrenhalle 1, Jueterborg, Kempf, Kurmark, Muncheberg

    Waffen SS Panzer Divisions;

    1- 3, 5, 9-10, 12

    The current Germany Army has two standing Panzer Divisions the 1st and 10th.
