  1. LOL, no, they can't get up to go to the bathroom.  They do drink a lot of water before the fight because they need to rehydrate themselves after making weight, but they go to the bathroom before getting in the ring...  And throughout the fight, they also may drink some water to replenish themselves, although drinking too much during the fight is not good because it can give you cramps as well as a bloated feeling.  Thats why many boxers will spit most of the water into a bucket and only drink a small amount.

Funny side story- Andrew "Six Heads" Lewis was winning a fight handily, but had to REALLY go to the bathroom (#2), so he quit the fight... but not before he crapped his pants.  He blamed his "accident" on a pre-fight milkshake.  You can look it up on boxrec if you don't believe me- it was on 4/22/2006 and the opponent was Denny Dalton (Lewis fought him again and won the rematch).

  2. boxers cant do that... they must be ready for everything before they enter a fight...

  3. Most boxers take powerful antidiuretics during the fight in order to prevent the need for urination and to inhibit their sweat glands.  Holyfield was known to actually inject ADH (antidiuretic hormone) between especially grueling rounds.
