During a huge fight, what does this mean?

My parents are having a HUGE fight, and sometimes it gets violent, my mom and my aunt Sara are in the middle of taking self defense classes and I heard my mom tell my aunt she is gonna give my dad the grab squeeze and twist next time he cusses her out. what does that mean?

I'm assuming it has something to do with his genitals. You really need to talk to someone about the environment you're living in. It's not healthy for any of you. It's not ok to use violence during a fight.
