During aircraft disorder of flight do they permit the air passenger to use guided parachutes to escape?

IN an sudden exploading calamity of the aircraft there may not be much time to take up the excercise of use of .parachute escape. there could be situation where the time to escape is sufficient an attempt, could be made by parachute escape. why such a news is not heard . even paragliding wonderful as a guided oneto escape.

  1. None of what you are imagining is practical.  Please just trust the professionals to keep you safe inside the airplane.


  2. You will die if you attempt to leap from an aircraft at FL350, doing 500kts.

  3. It is all statistical. If 100 died as a result of a jetliner crash this year, then 100.000 died on the highways,  200,000 died of smoking, 150,000 died of starvation, and so on.

    It is not statistically feasible to expend the funds for skydiving training when 1% or less of paying passengers die as a result of a catastrophic ground impact.
