Question:

During and After running, I get really bad cramps...?

They're in my lower stomach, almost like an intestinal thing or something...? whats going on?

  1. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids before running. Normal exercising will strengthen your muscles as well, so they can hold up to more.


  2. yeah... It's your large intestine. everything gets jostled around while you run! If I don't go to the bathroom before a run, I have the same issue, so I always make sure to drink water an hour before the run so it encourages my body to go. You might also try strengthening your core muscles, the muscles around your torso like your stomach and back, that way things will get held a little better and won't jostle around so much during the run.
