Question:

During high impact aerobic sessions, I tend to get mean foot cramps...?

Is it because it didn't stretch and warm up? Or, is it because of mylow blood pressure? How should i handle these footcramps?

  1. they say you should always warm up before any work out no matter what it is. if you don't you could cause serious injury to whole body or certain parts like in this case its your foot.

    the best way to deal with the sore muscles is to relax you foot with a warm compress. heating padd or warm-hot wash cloth would do.
