  1. I didn't go into full reading of this article yet, but a couple of the things he warns against is political factions.  At the time they were known as federalists and republicans, now knows as democrats and republicans.  Another thing he warned against is alliances and avoiding in the exercise of the powers of one department to encroach upon another (executive dept(president)) trying to take over functions that belong to the legislative branch (congress).  There are actually from what I can tell several things he is warning against.  This will be a very interesting read later after I get some sleep.
