  11. Not possible, takes 2 weeks for fertilization to happen and then it's only a microscopic ball of cells for the next few weeks, you couldn't even see a heartbeat this early!

  12. Not from the baby kicking or anything like that, no. At his stage baby is not much more than a cluster of cells.

    Some women experience (as I did) a kind of "flutter" that is due to the increased blood flow to the uterus. It's not really a clear sensation, more like an increased awareness of the area. Almost like a more intense version of the swelling you feel before your period.

    Also, during my first trimester (not as early as four weeks though) I would often experience a light pulsing sensation after s*x that I also attributed to increased blood flow.

    It could also be excitement. ;)
