During the winter can i bring my babys breath plant indoors and it will continue to live and grow?

the weather is pretty hot during the summer but also very cold during the winter this is the mother plant from a nursery it is pretty big

If you have a window where it will get lots of sun, it should be fine.  My mother-in-law does it.

No- it should be planted in your garden and left there.  A layer of some kind of mulch will help it go through the winter.
