I live in florida and I was wondering when should we be experiencing our first cold front of this season?

  1. I live in GA and I'm originally from SC....it starts to get chilly around October, and I'd say cold somewhere near mid Noveember, unless a cold snap comes early.  However, Florida is more of a tropical state....and I've never known it to get frigidly cold there, except for a few occassions.  My cousin lives in Tampa, and in the winter months it can  still be in the 70's and 80's there.  Of course, they do from time to time have a cold snap to arise and kill off the orange/citrus fruit crops that are there, but it's not a regular thing.  You could probably do well there with just some sweaters and light jackets during the winter months in Fl.  Check out the link below.
