My roommate claims that there is some factor called dust loading in aviation which will cause fatigue in the pipes of hydraulic systems in aircrafts. He claims it is related to aerodynamic forces.

  1. Your roommate is yanking your chain.

  2. A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, I used to fly for an air cargo company that used a motley collection of C-54s, C-118s, and Convairs.  We used to joke about the "dust loading" on airplanes that were not used regularly or had not flown recently.

I once had to evict a family of possums from an airplane that had been sitting for a while.

But I have never heard the term in connection with hydraulic lines.  You might want to consider the possibility that you have fallen in with the goof-bunnies.
