Dutch Candy?

My friend and I have a friend who lives in the Netherlands and we want to send him some stuff (candy and such) from America. He lived in America for a year and we were wondering what kind of candies to send. We don't want to send stuff that he can get in the Netherlands. He really enjoyed Skittles, but I think they have those there.?

Skittles are available in The Netherlands, although you do not see them often.

Since i don`t know any US candies, an answer is hard to give. If you know his favorite - just send that. It`s the thought that counts :)

I think the original brownies are not available in the Netherlands and I don't see marsh mellows anymore (used to love them), but I am not sure...

I am quite sure, if you buy something with him in mind it will always be appreciated, it is nice to be surprised and experience someone thought about you and put in some effort.

I am Dutch and live in the US, so know what appears to be  'new' candy to me, is what I couldn't get back home.
