Where can I buy a legitimate Monopoly board with the names on the board actual places in the Netherlands?

you can buy them online mostlikely. the streets on an original dutch monopoly board  should be like this:

Do a search at http://www.bol.com (it's a Dutch online store) for monopoly and you get about ten different versions... The one you want is "Monopoly Standaard Euro Editie"... The Euro part concerns the currency, the streets are from the original Dutch version...
