Dutch passport photo?

Hi. I need to get 2 passport photos as I am renewing my dutch passport. The dutch criteria are quite strict (I hear it's one of the strictest) so I need to get them professional done rather than in a photo booth. Can anyone recommend where I could go to get one done (preferably somewhere that might have some experience with doing them) as I really cannot afford delays in my passport renewal if my passport photo is rejected. I am willing to pay a bit more/travel for appropriate photo). I live in Leeds but will be going to London for the passport renewal
