Dutch woman gets pregnant with american man?

Question

Would it be ethical if a Dutch national who get pregnant with an American man while visiting America, goes back to her native country, to give birth and prevent her child from leaving Dutch soil, in order to prevent US courts from having jurisdiction over child custody. She wants her child to grow up in her native country near her Dutch parents, like a typical Dutch child, and not become Americanized (exposed to American culture/life site). She basically does not want to live in America.
