Duties of 21E at Fort Drum?

Question

Does anyone know what exactly the 21E's do on a day to day basis at Drum? What about when it snows?

from what I am told (and could be wrong) is that all of the 21's do general construction work, whether thats ditch digging, carpentry, or landscape, but when there is need for operators then they definitly do that. few engineer mos's only do their title (plumbers dont just plumb, electricians dont just electrify) its all a mixed group effort.
